Not syncing between platforms

Hi,

The app appears to be the perfect solution to my needs, and have signed up for the pro version for one month to test it out.

However, although my tablet and phone (android) show that I have the pro version, they won't sync up together or with the web version on my windows 8 laptop. According to my reading of the pro version functions, they should sync up immediately.

Is there something I am missing or doing wrong, or is this a bug?

BTW, I signed up through your web site.

Also Android tablet?

If convenient, could you please let us know the title of the task that cannot be synced?

By the way, on the Android app, auto sync takes place every 30 mins. To make it sync immediately, please use manual sync by tapping on the sync icon at the bottom right corner. Could you try manual sync now?
