CTRL SHIFT M?

Hello,

Do you close the app by clicking the X icon at upper right?

Could you please use the shortcut combination, ctrl+shift+M or double-click Doit.im icon on the tray to have a try?

Let me try to describe my problem better. I have downloaded the Windows App. I have logged into my account using the App. I've completed my work in the DoIt.im App and have closed the App by clicking the "X" in the upper right hand corner. An hour has passed and I want to open the DoIt.im App again. I click on the DoIt.im shortcut on my desktop and the App does not open up. I also click on the DoIt.im shortcut on the tray and it does not open up. I have also tried the ctrl+shfit+m and it still does not open up.

The App does not open up after closing it. I have to unistall the App, re-download it again to get access to it.

Let me try to explain my solution a little better :-)

As far as I understand, Doit.im does not close when you click the X.
After clicking the X the window disappears. You can show it again by either pressing CTRL+SHIFT+m or by doule-clicking the doit.im icon in the system tray (row of icons down at the right side of your screen)

I did not get this at first. I tried the Windows app some weeks ago and had the same question you had, but, as I only use the web-app, I did not seek a solution.

Then your post got me interested again. I started the Windows app, and found the solution by pressing the 'cog' and asking myself what the Hotkeys were for.

I think that Snoworange might explain this a little better.

@hntopper Yes, just as @Paulussie said, Doit.im does not close when you click the X and it is still running in the background. To make the main window show again after you close it, press CTRL+SHIFT+m or by double-clicking the doit.im icon in the system tray.

A: Do you mean that both pressing the shortcut combination, ctrl+shfit+m and double clicking Doit.im icon on the system tray don't work? Have you ever changed the shortcut combination in Settings?
