On the web version, you can use the shortcut combination, Ctrl+Enter, to save a comment. If you press Enter only, it will bring you to the next line.

Usually people don't use next line, it's a straight comment then enter. No rich editing / line spacing needed.

If Enter is used to save comments as you requested, how do people do if they really need to use next line? Not all our users don't want to use next line in comments.

We will consider your suggestion in the future or try to find another better to realize what you want. :)
