I manage this manually (I always try to remember to write the creation date as part of the task name), because it is very important and I find it nearly impossible to be without.
I use it for seeing:
- on the Waiting list: since when (how long) have I actually been waiting for this - is it time to push/remind the other people? Or to give up and just trash the task? Or wait a little longer?
- on the Next list: since when (how long) have I actually been letting this slip - will it ever get done? Is it tagged properly such that I can find it when filtering etc? Should I move it to Someday? Or increase the Priority? Or just leave it, confident that it will get done sooner or later when I am in the right environment.

@Dave_Gardner
Hello,
We have no such plans in the short-term. :( What we recommend is collecting first and then processing.
If convenient, could you please describe the situation in which you need to know when the task is created or updated?
Thanks for your feedback and support. -

Michelle, how does that solve the question?
(I agree that you must collect before you can process, but how does that help you remember the date?) -

@Folke
For now, as @Dave_Gardner said, you may add the creation time to the comments. And in terms of the questions you pointed out, we will seriously consider it.
Please feel free to contact us if there is anything else that we can help with.
Thanks for your support on Doit.im -
