Hi,

I have been using Windows app for couple of weeks and now it crashes. It is starting, icon in the tray is appearing but after couple of seconds it disappears. Main window never shows up.

In the beginning I was getting an error but now I can see it only in the system logs:

Please solve it. This is very annoying.

One more thing I forgot to mention. I have tried reinstalling the app many times and still no success :(.

Hi,

Do you mean that the problem only happens these days? Do you install any new apps on your device,or you change any settings in Anti-virus software?

For two weeks now I have problem with Windows App.

I haven't install any additional software nor I haven't done any changes to antivirus.

We need your help to solve this problem.

Does this happen when you start your computer or when you click on the Doit.im icon to start Doit.im? What do you do before the issus happens?

Could you tell me the version of your Framework 4 Client Profile which you can find it in Control Panel？

If it is possible,please send me the Doit.im error log which you can find it in installation directory.

sorry for not responding. Since I do not get e-mail notification I little bit forgot about it.

Anyway your questions:

Does this happen when you start your computer or when you click on the Doit.im icon to start Doit.im? What do you do before the issus happens?

Ad) Both. During startup of the computer and also when starting it again from the exe file

Could you tell me the version of your Framework 4 Client Profile which you can find it in Control Panel？

Ad) I cannot find such information in the Control Panel but if you are talking about .NET Framework it is v4.0.30319

If it is possible,please send me the Doit.im error log which you can find it in installation directory.

Could you please tell me the version of your app? The latest version is 4.0.21.
