After checking ,we find that you account is not Pro now. As a free account,you can sync once every 24 hours which makes you in trouble.
Please make sure that you login the same account on the 2 versions.
Could you tell me where you purchased pro? And if convenient to you,please give me some proof by provate comment.

cannot sink between ipad version and web version
I seem to have two versions of doit im. The current one is on my ipad. I can't seem to sink that with the web based version with the version on my ipad. The ipad version is the one I am currently using and I would like to be able to enter tasks on the computer and have them sync. I have purchased pro for 20.00 for the year. Please assist.
