Hello,
Q1: Please enable the application to switch to landscape mode. It is very difficult to use in portrait on tablets.
At first, it would be nice just to adjust to the screen rotation and switch to landscape.
A: Now, landscape has been supported on task/project/context adding/editing page. In the future, we will make it realized in the whole app.
Q2: A second step could be to allow the grey menu with folders to be permanently displayed on the left.
A: There is no version that is exclusively designed for Android tablets. :( And on Android phone, there is no enough room for allowing the grey menu with folders to be permanently displayed on the left. In the future, we may consider developing a version for Android tablets only and take this suggestion into consideration as well.
Thank you for your feedback and support.

@michelle1987 You could just auto-detect if it's a tablet and change the layout, with the same app. I could give as example the "Due Today" app that I've been using for GTD. Your app has great potential, so I'm considering switching to it.

@michelle1987
Android share of the tablet marked is poised to overtake the iPad. See below:
“Demand for tablets among consumer, business and education users remains strong. Apple produced a solid performance this quarter as the Mini had its first full term and shipped a robust 19.5 million mixed iPads worldwide maintaining market leadership with 48 percent share during the first quarter of 2013. Android captured a record 43 percent share of global branded tablet shipments in Q1 2013, rising from 34 percent a year earlier. Global Android tablet shipments increase 177 percent annually to 17.6 million units.” source - http://bgr.com/2013/04/24/tablet-market-share-q1-2013-462444/
iPad is losing market share very rapidly to Android tablets. It is more than worthwhile to make a single app that can support both form factors well on Android.

Thank you for your information.
Now, Doit.im for Android we provided also can be installed on a Android tablet, but it may not display comfortably as it did on Android phone.

We are now making a better design for the app and will consider improving it.
Thank you for your support.
