No, I haven't found anything that does this. I have been thinking about creating an app that just does this but time will not allow. I'm not sure if anyone else would find this useful or not though?

Personally I have never missed such a feature; and if I would ever want to pick a task at random I could just close my eyes and pick one straight off the list, right? And I do not know why I would ever want do that. So sorry, no support from me ;-)

But what I do know that very many people would like (including me) is a "repeat from completion" option. (Toodledo and others have this.) This is extremely useful for things that need to be done at intervals, but with no great hurry each time, such as maintenance, haircuts etc, where a standard repeat (from tickle date) usually does not work.
