Start of week setting is ignored on "Scheduled" tab

For my account I have start of week set to Monday, but when I visit "Scheduled" tab on Sunday, I see events from upcoming week in grouped together as "This week". It's clearly visible on the screenshot taken on Sun 13 Oct 2013
