I need to understand where your feedback is concerned it seems that there are old and unanswered questions.
I want to know what kind of support you offer exactly - One on One - refer to lists of things I have to search through?

Will your program sync with ical?
I seem to have a problem with duplication with ical and Google Cal
I am thinking that iCal is not as good as G Cal but I need to determine to use one or the other and not both?
It seems with cloud I cannot use both as it duplicates.
My fear is that I will buy your service and it will become another program I cannot figure out how to use.

I have multiple things going on and I need to simplify and streamline
I want to have my personal and business life together as I have no employees and I only have one day at a time - so I need to have everything together in one place.
I have an iPad, MacBook Pro and an iPhone 5
I am confused a lot because I need to see a list of what I have to do today -

How can I make a shopping list for food/groceries that has all the items I normally buy so I can put check marks on the items I currently need and that would go to my current to do place but not erase my list so I can repeat the same function as needed week after week?
On your demo it looked like I could do that but I only could input the items and it would not separate them or save them for later - will it do what I want?
