Completed task lifespan

I'd like to know if completed tasks are ever deleted.

I've looked through the FAQ and help forum and could not find the answer.

I'd like my completed tasks to be permanent, searchable records of my work done, so I hope completed tasks are never deleted, at least in pro.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback!

Completed tasks will be showed in Completed Box.If you can not find them, it is because they are automatically archived. On web version, in Completed Box, you will find the Archived tasks. Please see the attachment.

They are all searchable on web version whether they are completed or archived. Archived tasks are not searchable on clients as the app will not download them to reduce the data size.

Please help me understand and be certain. Archived completed tasks are never deleted from my account? I can search and find all tasks I've ever completed?
