Hi,

I've just paid for 2 year subscription, and I didn't recieve 4 Gift Months of Pro service - my account expire date is just +2 years.

Can you check this?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback!

After the promotion ends, our system will automatically process all the purchases. The processing will be completed within a week after the promotion is over. Promotion time is from October 10th to the day when the new version is released. And the Gift Months of your purchases will be added into your account then.
