I have not been able to access a Pro version even though I upgraded a while ago. I have not received an email either stating that my account has been upgraded although I paid for it via Google Play. I have received an email telling me that you know my account is the upgraded Pro version but I still have absolutely no access via any platform - MacBook Pro, Web. On my android phone it tells me I am a Pro member but that is all, there is no synchronisation between platforms.

If this cannot be corrected I will require a refund.

Please advise.
