These are the only numbers I could find in the email from Google Play. I hope this is the information you're requesting.
But in all honesty it's been so long since I was able to use the service properly I don't want it anymore. It was supposed to be a way of getting things done but insteadsince paying for the service it has hindered absolutely everything and made it more difficult to get anything done. I'm so disappointed I don't think you could understand even if I tried to explain it.
In summary I no longer wish to have the service. The software is taking up much needed space on my devices and is redundant. I want my money back as the service I have paid for has not been received. I want to have my account closed, my money refunded and I will delete the software from my devices. -

Your account is Pro now and it will be expired on 2014.12.26. Is there any app showing that you are non-pro now?

Only the Pro user who purchases a yearly subscription is allowed to apply for a refund, and once the money is refunded to you, you will no longer request a refund from the same Doit.im account. However, payment on a monthly basis or made through App Store or Google Play can not be refunded. And, if it is a renewal when your previous Pro account has already expired, the renewal payment can not be refunded, either.
