I narrow down the error that it just happens after I changed the langurage from Chinese to English, how could this stupid error happens in such a great app?

Hi,

After checking,we find no error in your log. Do you mean that when you change the hot key for quick input and the language from Chinese to English,you will always get the error when you click the save button? After you change the language,you need to restart your PC.

Could you make a screenshot when the error comes out? And what's the hot key that you are using now?

Sorry for late reply. Our develop is checking the log now.

Please tell me more information about your computer system so we can test it. Is it windows 7 or 8? Is it 32 bits or 64 bits?

Did you ever try to re-install it?

My OS information: win7 Ultimate, 32-bit. It can works if I re-install the program, but it still cashed again if I change the language for display.
