No sync between android phone (new task) and the web applic of Doit

Android version 4.1.2.
when I add a task on my Andriod phone, It will never appear on my web applic Do it.

Even when I log off and logon again, on phone and web. Also not after manual sync.

Can you please help me out?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback!

After checking,we find that your account is not pro. For free account,every account can manually sync once every 24h. When you add a new task on your android version,you need manually touch the sync button to complete sync.

You need sync the data to the server firstly,then when you re-log in,your data can be download from the server on your Android app.

Do you mean that now you can never sync with your web version?
