Few recurring tasks have been archived. Want Them to Move Back to Scheduled

I had a few scheduled tasks which i completed before their start date. I now find that they are in archived section and not as it would show in scheduled section and give reminders.

How can I fix it ?

Hi,

Sorry for late reply.
Achieved tasks can not be put back. Please recreate them by yourself.
About the data,we will look into this issue and tell you if there is any further information.

Hi,

After checking,we find that you completed these tasks one month before. We will automatically achieve the completed tasks which are completed one month before.

These tasks are all repeat tasks with an icon on the task bar which we call it mother task. You should compete the recurrences,not the mother task. If you complete the mother task,the recurrences will not be created. Now the recurrences will be created when the start time is Today and Tomorrow.

Thanks for the clarification.

What if I complete a scheduled recurring task before start time ? Should i just don't pay attention to it ? Because this is exactly what happened, I finished the tasks before start time because i was going on vacation and marked the tasks in scheduled (which you named mother tasks) as complete, and I believe because of that, it archived the whole thing.

Hi,

You are more welcome.

I think that you complete the mother task as when you create it,it will be showed in Scheduled. But recurrences are not. You'd better pay attention to the recurrences which will be showed in Today and Tomorrow. :)
