@lisa_alway
I have noticed the same thing on the iPhone, and I have the impression that it happens if you have not started the app for a while.
What I have done is I send reminders by email to a separate mail address, from which I have the email automatically forwarded as an SMS.
thanks, lisa

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
If you set the reminder on web version,you need open Doit.im app on iOS to complete sync. Then it will work. In the next release,the iOS app will support syncing in the background. You will do not need to open the app to complete syncing.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team

Hi,
No. You can set popup reminders on iPad directly. If you set reminders in web version,you need sync this information to your iPad,so the reminder will popup on iPad. About the email reminders which Folke uses are only can be set in web version.
