Tasks under Completed and Archived are all completed tasks. When you complete a task,the task will go to Completed. After you make sure the task really done,you can archive it. Our system also will automatically archived tasks when there are too many tasks in the Completed box or it stays there for a long time.
You can uncomplete a Complete task but you can not do it on a achieved task. You almost can not change any information of archived tasks.
