Hi,

Do you mean that you want to change registered email address? Now Doit.im does not supported. But as your are Pro user,we can help you do it.

1. You need tell me the new email address by private comments. Please make sure that the new email address has never registered with Doit.im account. If it has done,you can delete it on web version in Preferences Account Tab.

2.Make sure that you do not have Doit.im Contacts. If you have some, please delete them on web version.

Hi,

Please delete the contacts in the contact list.

Are they Doit.im users? They do not accept your application in Doit.im. So you could not send tasks to them.
