All I want is to be able to assign a subtask a context! Without the ability to know that, when I click on a context, all tasks -- sub or not -- appear, I can't fully trust my system. That's a key GTD principle, remember? :)
I wanted to add a future feature request. Within the sub-tasks, i would like to have all of the same options as I do for a task. Basically, it would be cool if when I created a new task, I had the option to make it a sub-task of another task. This way I can re-prioritized them and assign different dates. I could even assign them different people.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi,
In Doit.im, subtasks are a simple to-do list added under a task, which can describe the detailed steps that you do a task like the steps to make a cake, or make a record of the bill of materials like a shopping list. In the near feature,we will not make the subtasks have the same options as the tasks.
@mattconk
Do you mean that you want to turn a task to a subtask just like the option to turn a task to a project?

@wendy_only , I just have some instances where I need deeper nesting. For example, my daughter's American Heritage Girls advancement requirements. For her Level Award, there are 6 elements. One of those elements is to earn 6 badges. Each of those badges have 4-6 requirements. Some of those requirements have 2 or 3 steps. Logically, the Level Award is a Goal, the elements are Projects... but so are the badges. Then the requirements are tasks... except when they are multi-step tasks....
Maybe what I need to be true to the GTD methodology is nested projects? -

Hi,
We do not have the plan to support nested projects in the Doit.im now. :( Maybe we will add this feature in out other product. :)
You'd better turn the task to project and the subtasks in this task will be tasks.
