Hi,

On web version,we make some changes in the new version. Please try to click the task bar itself to reorder it. It is not possible to sort the "Doit now" tasks when you click the top of the task bar.

In the Web version, when you add a task to Doit Now it doesn´t go to the final place, but to any other place (????). Then using Drag and Drop I can reorganize everything. The problem is solved in the Web version, but when you refresh in Android version, the refreshing is not done here, so you finish with one order in the Web version and another one in the Android version.

Additionally, in the Android version you can reorganize using Drag and Drop as usual, but when you refresh it, all the changes are undone as we are back to the initial order.

Apart from that, tags with "strange characters" don´t work anymore. In my case, T<30 has converted to T&It;30 and I cannot use it to order and search.

Please solve this mess now, we cannot wait till 22th, we keep on working!!!!

A: Do you mean that the task will not go to the Doit now group when you click on the lighting button? Could you please make a screenshot of the wrong display view and send me by private comment?

If you manually sort on web version,this order will not be synced to the Android version. Finally,they have diferent orders. If you reorganize using Drag and Drop on Android version, all the changes are undone as you are back to the initial order when you refresh it.

We are going to release a new version on 12/22. On that version,all orders will be synced.

To Q1, what I mean is that before, when you clicked on the lighting button, the task went to the last place in the Doit Now list. But now it goes to any place, not the last one. Hope everythong is solved with the 12/22 update!!!!

Hi,

Now the tasks who can be manually sort have a mark. This mark will influence its order in all lists where you can manually sort. If mark of the task A is before it of task B,task A will be showed before task B no matter which list it is. So we can not always make the task go to the last place when you click on the lighting button as it has its order. We can make it go to the last place,but when you refresh,it will go to its place finally.

What´s the mark? Time related? Please explain how it works so we know how to use it. When you are using DoitNow, you want the task to be allways in the same place (doesn´t matter if it´s the last or the first, the important thing is to be allways in the same place so it´s easy to find). And then you move it manually to the place you want. It was perfect!!

We will improve this to make the task to be allways in the same place when it go to DoitNow. We have found a solution. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
