Do you mean that you only can not log in from your Windows OS 7 Firefox-browser? Can you log in on other browsers? If you can submit a feedback in our help center,it means that you have log in your account.

Please make sure that you visit the right site. We have two servers, so we have two sites,one is for Mainland server ( https://i.doitim.com ) ,and the other is for International server ( https://i.doit.im ) . They are independent of each other. Your account is on International server. Please try again: https://i.doitim.com

When I log in through my Android phone using the Doit app, all works well. When i try to sign into My Doit account on the international server, it says "Incorrect Username/Email or Password" even though I use the same credentials to successfully log in through my Android phone. And when i go to the help and FAQ sections, i am signed in. I just cannot access my Doit lists, which I have been doing every day for nearly the last year. I use it heavily and this is a handicap to me. Can you help me get logged on? I've restarted my computer several times, and I'm not sure what else to try.

I downloaded the Windows 7 app and installed it--same problem. Says I have an incorrect username or password. I also tried to log in through Google Chrome browser--same problem.

Thank you, but I am still having the same login problem. On Firefox, Google Chrome, and your latest Windows desktop app, when i sign in i get "incorrect password or username." But when i sign in using my Android phone using those same credentials, i can access my Doit. Is this a bug on your end? Can you offer any advice? I use your service heavily, and if I cannot get it to work on my Windows computer, I will be forced to abandon Doit and find another service. Thank you!

Hi,

You should choose the International server. Please make a screenshot of your web login page when you get "incorrect password or username." as well as your windows login page and send to me by private comments. We need confirm some information such as the server you choose when you log in.
