Hi,
What's the version of your iPhone app? The latest one is 4.0. Please click the link below to download the newest one to have a try: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/doit.im-for-iphone/id779377375?ls=1&mt=8
Note:
Please log in on web version ( https://i.doit.im ) to have a check if all tasks are there. Your tasks will not be gone if you have sync them to our server even when you uninstall the Doit.im app on your phone. When you re-log in on app, the data will be download from the server with your account. If you can not find the tasks on web version, please find a way to note them down.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team
I have the pro version of the online and iphone app and the data is not syncing. I have updated my iphone version and want that data to replicate to the web server. My sync log on the iphone shows last sync at 17 December at 03:56:38

Hello,
Thanks for your response. No, I have version 3.9.14 on my iphone and I'm having issues with that syncing to the server. I want to make sure that syncs first before I install the new iphone ios7 version. My sync log still shows 17-Dec as I noted before. Can you check why it's not syncing?
Later I can update to 4.0 but want to resolve the sync first.
Would you check this as I can't find my tasks updated on the web-server.
Regards,
Karl -

Hi,
We have a bug after we finished maintaining the server . Sorry this problem.
1.Please have a try to log out and relog in to have a check. In this way, your data in app willl be lost if it never be synced to server. Please back up the data which is not synced to your web. Sorry for this problem.
2.Clear the data of Doit.im in systerm settings - Applications, then have a try to log in again.
3.Reinstall the app. -

Hi,
My understanding from your email is that you cannot sync my local data on the iPhone app (version 3.9.14) with the server manually, is that right?
There are two options to log out/off:
1) Sync and Log Out
2) Log Off (Remove Local Data)
I want to perform option 1 so that my local data syncs with the server. I've made lots of changes and it would take me hours to perform those changes again.
I don't want to choose option 2 per the reasons I just gave.
Would you perform a manual sync to my iphone app? Now that the server maintenance is done, I don't see why it cannot be done. Please let me know.
If that cannot be done, how to I "back-up" my changes? Do you mean I would have to re-insert them step by step?
Regards,
Karl

Hi,
Please touch the manual sync button to have a try if your data can be synced on the iPhone app (version 3.9.14). After syncing, please see the sync log if you sync successfully and log in web version to check it. And if there are still some tasks which can not be synced, please have a try to re-save them, just go to the edit page and click the save button. In this way, these tasks can be updated and the updating will make them synced.
