Hi,
I found the same problem. Basically when I try to expand the filter section, the arrow changes from pointing to right to pointing downwards, but there is nothing shown. I attached a screenshot, from version 4.0.9.
Also, me too would like the feature of creating new filters in the Windows version. -

Hi Wendy,
now the filters are there, but they seem not to be all working properly. I have five different filters (three of which are used to find tasks without context / tag / project). These three do not work. Additionally, when I right-click to edit them, I get an error message (logfile and filter conditions from webversion attached). The editing works for none of my filters.
