Q:1. I tried to use 'Smart-add' functionality to assign task's properties when sending e-mail to my inbox (#Project @Context etc. in message subject). It doesn't work. Not implemented? I think it will be a very useful feature, especially for some kind of integration.
A: It will be supported. We have the plan to support it.

Q:2. Is there any API to manage tasks?
A: We are going to open API. Now the new version is just released. We need some time to prepare some material.

Q:3. I need an ability to group projects by more common criteria with the ability to group and filter their by this criteria. Something like project groups or tags for projects. Or hierarchical projects. And the best will be all at once. :)
A: Do you mean that you want more Group by options to view your projects?

Q: The simplest example is to separate personal projects from the work. Another example: I'm supporting an ERP system, that consists of 2 related applications. So, I want to see tasks by each application and as a whole "ERP support" project.
Of course your system has filters and I can create special filters for my needs. But when another subproject appears, I will have to edit all of them.
A: We are gong to improve the filter feature. Thank you for your suggestions.

Yes and no. :) Most important is to filter, then to group by.
Sample cases:
I'd like to assign something like tags (Personal, Work) to all PROJECTS to quickly see only personal or only work projects with their tasks (grouped by projects for example or another field). For now Goals or Contexts may be used for it. But Goals are assigned to tasks, not for projects. And contexts have another meaning - places or locations, so misunderstanding may occure. I think there is a need for a new global entity like "Area" or something lake this (with ability to filter/group).

Next example: my work project "ERP Support" consists from two subprojects "Support App1" and "Support App2". Very useful will be filter by "ERP Support" project and display tasks grouped by "Support App1/2" projects.
Now I can create "ERP Support" project and use tags for "Support App1/2", but there is no ability to group by tags (feature request goes here :).
Another way - tasks and subtasks. But subtasks are very simple and not shown in lists. Bad way.
So, I think adding hierarchy (maybe limited) support to project will be useful.

5. Android app. Please add ability to change start page in settings to change it to another box or custom filter.

6. Android app comment. Sorry, I think interface of new version has less usability... See attachments: same Today screen from Galaxy Note N7000 (4.1.2). I think old is more attractive and comfortabe. Will you support old application in the future?

Appendix for 5 (start page): Adding customizable start page with quick links to boxes, filters and something else will be very nice :)
