Q1: Reminders
i know i tend to forget things, and i imagine many people share this problem, enabling reminders by default for tasks (maybe even only for specific contexts, goals or projects would greatly increase this apps usability for me
notification persistence - Astrid for android has a setting which forces the user to look at the reminder before it can be dismissed, i can not begin to count the ammount of times this has motivated to act on an item.
A: We are just trying to redesign the app and will take your suggestions into consideration.
Q2: Web Client
Calendar view - this is an invaluable feature, and is what triggered me to search for an alternative for my current GTD suite, i think adding an option for weekly and daily displays, would allow easier time management analysis for users.
Tagging - adding tags from the main views, or from the task view instead of ONLY through the edit screen would make task subdivision easier, for instance: Students could subdivide their courses using labels while having a context for School
A: In the future, we will improve it and will consider supporting a weekly and daily displays.
As for tags adding, how do you want to assign tags to a task? User the right-click menu?
Q3: Android
Calendar - if you could make the widget weekly instead of (or in addition to) monthly, it would solve the screen space issues (at least on landscape view, and for some devices such as the Note II, in portrait mode as well) and allow users to better manage their time, could also be implemented in app
Widget - Adding a label specific widget would be nice
Widget - Could be made more customizable, i for one would like to be able to have the time\date of an item displayed alongside the item, also, a tickbox for completing could replace the current view/complete buttons which hide the tasks text..
Reminders - What i said earlier applies especially to android.
A: We will optimize the Widget on Android later. But here, one suggestion from you, "Adding a label specific widget would be nice", I feel confused about it. Could you explain it in detail?
Q4: Windows client:
Calendar - Would have been nice to have a calendar display here as well
Usability - It seems to run pretty slow on my computer, it's a midrange laptop, and the app does not seem to be that heavy...
A: We will consider supporting a calendar display in the Windows app. And pretty slow? Could you make an example of it? Sync slowly? How long does a sync take?
Q4General
Doit Now & Next - I'd have expected tasks marked as doit now, to show up in the next tab...
Filters - Still unclear to me what those are and how i create them
Sync - i've experienced some issues with tasks not syncing properly between devices, sometimes they don't sync at all, sometimes they sync wrong (no label, wrong time etc')
Prioritization - Would be easier to control in bulk if there was a way to assign priorities from a list instead of having to edit the task...
Tagging- Same as above
A: Doit Now & Next - I'd have expected tasks marked as doit now, to show up in the next tab...
-- Do you mean that the "Doit Now" group should also could be showed in the Next box?
Filters - Still unclear to me what those are and how i create them
-- Filters are boxes that can be defined with various filter conditions by users.
Here is a video which tells you how to do it.

Sync - i've experienced some issues with tasks not syncing properly between devices, sometimes they don't sync at all,
sometimes they sync wrong (no label, wrong time etc')
-- If convenient, could you please tell me the titles of the tasks that have the sync problem?
Prioritization - Would be easier to control in bulk if there was a way to assign priorities from a list instead of having to edit the task...
-- It is supported now on the web version. Select multiple tasks by using Shift or Ctrl first and then press the shortcut "p" on the keyboard to assign priorities to the selected tasks. To get more shortcuts, please click on the Settings button at the top right corner and then select Shortcut Help.
Thank you for your feedback and support.
however,
there are some things that i think can be improved:

Anyways,
Great work! i'll be considering a switch though right now the lack of proper reminders is a major downpoint for me

@michelle1987
First, thanks for going through all the suggestions, some points to clarify:
"As for tags adding, how do you want to assign tags to a task? User the right-click menu?"
>>Right clicking could be a good idea, adding an option to add a tag from a drop down list on the task itself is another idea (though abit messy), an approach similiar to what you said can be done with priorities (marking several tasks and using a hotkey) would allow mass labeling of tasks, a feature i for one would find invaluable
"A: We will optimize the Widget on Android later. But here, one suggestion from you, "Adding a label specific widget would be nice", I feel confused about it. Could you explain it in detail?"
>>When you create a widget, you can set it up to show a specific "focus" or "project", "context" etc',
>>i mean something similiar, but for tags ( a widget that displays all tasks that are tagged with a certain tag)
"A: We will consider supporting a calendar display in the Windows app. And pretty slow? Could you make an example of it? Sync slowly? How long does a sync take?"
>>it's not the sync i'm having issues with, rather the application itself (menus loading slowly etc'), also, about the calendar view - i currently have to work with both the web version and the app as each offers something the other doesnt (the web version has the calendar, the app has the smart add tasks), i think it's redundant, would be nice to use just one...
"A: Doit Now & Next - I'd have expected tasks marked as doit now, to show up in the next tab...
-- Do you mean that the "Doit Now" group should also could be showed in the Next box?"
>>well, i don't really understand the purpose of the "next" focus as it is, it just sounds like it's the same thing as do it now....
"-- If convenient, could you please tell me the titles of the tasks that have the sync problem?"
>>When i come across such issues, ill make sure do document them and send them your way
"Prioritization - Would be easier to control in bulk if there was a way to assign priorities from a list instead of having to edit the task...

>>As iv'e said, something similar could (and should) be applied to labeling, it would greatly increase usability
One more thing, it has been mentioned elsewhere in this forum, but i also think allowing multiple contexts for a single task would be a nice feature to have,
in my opinion, the strongest selling point of your platform is the ease with which it allows one to manage and view tasks in all sorts of conditions, anything that would expand those capabilities would be beneficial.
also, default values for contexts\tags\projects\goals (for example: if i open a task on the "school" context, it would have a due date set to one week from now, and start date to 3 days from now) would also allow better management of tasks (same concept applies to reminders of course).
keep up the good work, i advise you to put some effort into the desktop app, or drop it entirely and integrate its functionality into the web app, having both, with each lacking some features and having others, is a bit redundant..
will definitely make the switch from Astrid once some these issues are addressed.

2 more things that came to mind:
-Grouping by tags
-Displaying task priority on the lsit

Thank you for your feedback.
Q1: "As for tags adding, how do you want to assign tags to a task? User the right-click menu?"
>>Right clicking could be a good idea, adding an option to add a tag from a drop down list on the task itself is another idea (though abit messy), an approach similiar to what you said can be done with priorities (marking several tasks and using a hotkey) would allow mass labeling of tasks, a feature i for one would find invaluable
A: We will consider support for Right Click.
Q2: "We will optimize the Widget on Android later.
A: We feel so sorry, but may consider it in the future.
Q3: "We will consider supporting a calendar display in the Windows app.
A: We will improve the Windows app, including its reactive speed and some other features. As for the calendar, we will consider adding it.
There is also a shortcut for Smart Add in the Web version. Using "Q" will bring you the Smart Add box. But you have to open Doit.im first.
Q4: "Doit Now & Next - I'd have expected tasks marked as doit now, to show up in the next tab...
-- Do you mean that the "Doit Now" group should also could be showed in the Next box?"
>>well, i don't really understand the purpose of the "next" focus as it is, it just sounds like it's the same thing as do it now....
A: The Next Action is an action to be done as soon possible but with no exact start time. This kind of tasks is always needed to be done at the very beginning when you start to deal with your projects. Actions in Doit now is needed to be done now.
Q5: "-- If convenient, could you please tell me the titles of the tasks that have the sync problem?"
>>When i come across such issues, ill make sure do document them and send them your way
A: Ok. Any problem you met, please feel free to let us know.

>>As iv'e said, something similar could (and should) be applied to labeling, it would greatly increase usability
A: I feel so sorry, and I am not quite understand here. :( How do you want to realize "assign priorities to tasks in bulk"?

in my opinion, the strongest selling point of your platform is the ease with which it allows one to manage and view tasks in all sorts of conditions, anything that would expand those capabilities would be beneficial.
A: The possibility of using only one Context for one task is the closest way of true implementation of GTD. When somebody needs to give to the task more than one "Context", I think he can use Tags in Doit.im. We provide a way to guide users through GTD theory to manage their tasks. Arbitrarily using Doit.im in their own way is not an activity that is encouraged by us. Some users may go on with the wrong usage to bring them convenience, which is a result that we don't want to see. We hope that by using our product, users can get rid of bad habits to improve their work productivity.
Q7: also, default values for contexts\tags\projects\goals (for example: if i open a task on the "school" context, it would have a due date set to one week from now, and start date to 3 days from now) would also allow better management of tasks (same concept applies to reminders of course).
A: We need to consider it.

For the two more things:
"Grouping by tags"
>> We may consider it in the future.
"Displaying task priority on the lsit"
>> Now, priority is showed on the list. If you set a priority to a task, there will be a color showed in front of that task.
Thank you for your support.

about the prioritizing thing:
if you're familiar with astrid - they have implemented a way for multiple task control which you might learn from,
when you mark several tasks, the task editing panel changes to match the features of all selected tasks (non-matching features are not displayed) and when you make changes, they are made to all the tasks in bulk, changing the individual values that each task had before
attached is a screenshot of the editing process

The task editing page, we will improve it soon.
Thank for your feedback.
