Daily plan: Where are the settings?

Platform:WindowsVersion:4.0.9

I cannot change the time for the daily plan as I can't find the seetings as described below. Is this feature not active yet?

Q: How can I set a time for my daily plan?
A: For the first time you get into the app after it is updated, you will get a dialogue box asking you to set a time for your daily plan. And later, you can go to Setting to modify it.
