Mavericks Fullscreen switches to finder

Platform:Mac ProVersion:4.0.1

Behaviour:
When I'm swiping to doit.im in fullscreen mode it automatically redirects me to the desktop, where Finder is in focus. When Finder was the app in focus and then I try to swipe to doit.im, there is no problem.

Expected behaviour:
When swiping to doit.im in fullscreen mode doit.im stays in focus.

Workaround:
* When switching trough cmd+tab there is no problem
* When switching trough mission control there is no problem

I have the same issue. This was fixed in the last version prior to the 4.0 release. When 4.0 came out it went back to the behavior of switching to the Finder window when you would two finger swipe to the Space that Doit.im occupies.

Here are the steps to reproduce:

1) Have Doit.im in Full Screen mode, in it's own Space by clicking the double arrow in the upper left corner.
2) Go to a different Space/Application that is NOT in the Space occupied by Doit.im
3) Do a two finger swipe across the mouse pad to switch to the Doit.im application
4) The screen immediate shifts back to the main "Space" in the OS which is normally occupied by the Finder app.

If you then do a Apple-Tab you can switch to the Doit.im application.

yes, these steps reproduce the problem on my mac exactly.

It looks like it's very similar to this: http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13727_7-57610835-263/google-drive-crashing-finder-in-os-x-mavericks/ except it has nothing to do with Google Drive, rather doit.im might use some similar coding when focussed trough finger swipe?

Paragraph of interest:
"When Google Drive synchronizes, the folders you have set up to sync should show a small synchronization icon next to them. It appears that the way Google Drive appends these sync icons to folders is the issue that is crashing Finder in Mavericks"

I wonder if there is a difference in focus type between Apple-Tap vs Swipe?
