Doit projects are only parallel.
Could you consider the possibility of adding sequential projects as an aditional option (like in Nirvana apo).
This would be perfect.

You can use Goals,Projects,Tasks,Subtasks now. We do not have the plan to support sequential projects in this app. But we will consider adding it to our another app.
