@Folke
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. Do you point to the order of the Groups or the left menu? Now when the task is due, it will automatically go to Today from Waiting.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Doit.im Team

Now the "boxes" (the GTD categories) are listed in the following order in all lists:
Next
Scheduled (clones only)
Someday
Waiting
Scheduled (mother tasks only)
I propose that Waiting For should come straight after Next, i.e. the following order:
Next
Waiting
Scheduled (once-off tasks and next instance clones only)
Someday
Scheduled (repeating mother tasks only)
Why do I want Waiting higher? Because a Waiting For action is somebody else's Next action and it might be finished anytime now, even today. Who knows, maybe I'll get the mail or package in just a few minutes! So I want to see these more easily and be prepared for receiving whatever it is I am waiting for.
Scheduled (including Tomorrow) could not happen today, so it should come only after Waiting. And Someday/Maybe are things that I am not sure I ever want to do, and I do not need to review them often. They can be even farther down. And the repeating "mother tasks" usually do not change at all and could remain at the very bottom.

I am "pointing to":
- context lists grouped by "box"
- project lists grouped by "box"
- any other list grouped by "box"
- the left menu's "FOCUS" section
This thread was only about the display order. But yes, I am painfully aware of the fact that the Waiting For tasks are moved to "scheduled for Today" if you have set a due date or star them manually, so I always avoid doing any of that in order not to destroy my Waiting lists. (As I have said in other threads, you should change your starring philosophy - Today should not be a "box", just a convenient view.) But this is not what this particular thread was about. This thread was only about the display order:
Waiting For tasks are tasks that other people are doing. It is out of my control. The work is (hopefully) in full progress. They could be ready anytime, even next second. This is why I want to see the Waiting For tasks higher up, before any of those boxes that I know for a fact that I will not need to see anymore today. -

Hi,
It has been in our developing plan. We will make it. -

When can we expect to see this implemented? I am really looking forward to it, and am very glad you will make it. It will save me a lot of scrolling and will reduces the risk of overlooking things that may turn out to be important to be prepared for today.

@Folke
Hi,
In the specific context/project/goal viewing page, the tasks are grouped by Box now.
Do you mean that you want to group the projects by box? Now it is grouped by Status.
Best regards,

??
(I thought you had already agreed above in #7. Now I am confused)
I mean that WHENEVER (in all places) something is grouped by Box, that I want the the Waiting group to be listed immediately after the Next group - in other words before Tomorrow, Scheduled and Someday and any other such groups that I know for sure that I will not need to check off later today.
Grouping by Box currently takes place on a number of different lists (Context, Project etc), so this principle should apply to all those places and to any future lists, filtered results etc that may be grouped by Box - and to the ordering of these list names in the left menu.(Focus section) -
