I love new planning / review section in DoIt.im. However, currently is not easy to use those both tools without some time tracking. What I miss is function of automatic timer for each task.
I imagine this as possibility to click on "work in this", then timer will start count time worked on each task. I will be able to pause / stop this timer. Using this, it will automatically fill values into Review section.
Do you plan something like this?

I found myself in need of the same and after sampling a number of trial time tracking software, I've finalized Replicon's product - http://www.replicon.com/time-tracking-softwares.aspx . It is integrated with quickbooks that can be run on any OS.
It attaches to a Customer file through an import and export procedure and can record time, project and tasks. It can also act as a weekly time sheet with respect to the projects and details worked on.

@wendy_only it is shame - because why is there the planning / review section, when I cannot track the time? Also you implemented "do it now" group and it will be nice to be able to track time in this group.

I think, that the feature for tracking time is needed for planning/review section.
What we only need is (something like that):
TASK - set DOIT NOW => (start time tracking)
TASK - Complete/NOW NOW => stop time tracking & time will be added to SPENT TIME -

Personally I have no need for time tracking or even for the historical review or the day planning. My day changes too quickly for any of this to be meaningful.
