- Cannot drag and drop multiple items
- No reordering in Doit Now section.
- window size, expanded groups in left menu etc are forgotten each time I close the app
- cannot restart the app using the big icon unless I first kill it from the background using the small icon also and select close
- cannot see context indicator (e.g. @computer) on the task line on any of the lists
- cannot see project indicator (e.g. #ProjA) on the task line on context lists
- order of projects does not reflect the order shown in web/iPhone versions. This problem shows both on the long Projects list and on the project list within each Goal
- in the Goal lists, some projects are shown twice, both as a project and as a task
- reordering of projects within goals or in the long projects list are not remembered. The next time I revisit that list the order is the same as it was before I changed it..

I just noticed that even the manual rearrangement of individual tasks does not "stick".
@testdoitimgmail - reordering Doit Now works for me. Thanks for mentioning it. I did not even know they had put it back in. -

And sometimes the CPU now has an extreme workload (40%) from Doit alone and the disk runs loud.

@testdoitimgmail @Folke
Hi,
Thank you for your report.
Q: - window size, expanded groups in left menu etc are forgotten each time I close the app
A: We will make it.
Q: - cannot restart the app using the big icon unless I first kill it from the background using the small icon also and select close
A: We can not reproduce it,but we will check this issue further.
Q: - cannot see context indicator (e.g. @computer) on the task line on any of the lists
- cannot see project indicator (e.g. #ProjA) on the task line on context lists
A: @testdoitimgmail Do you have this problem?
Q: - order of projects does not reflect the order shown in web/iPhone versions. This problem shows both on the long Projects list and on the project list within each Goal
A: Please send us the screenshot of the list on Web and Windows by private comments.
Q: - in the Goal lists, some projects are shown twice, both as a project and as a task
A: I have received your feedback before and it is recorded. Is the problem still there even when you re-install the app?
Q: - reordering of projects within goals or in the long projects list are not remembered. The next time I revisit that list the order is the same as it was before I changed it..
A: Is the problem still there in Windows 4.0.19? When you reorder the list,please try to manual sync to have a try. We are improving the syncing logic now. -

@Folke
Hi,
Thank you for your information.
Now the windows version is update to 4.0.21. Please update. And we will check this issue further. -

I stopped using the Windows version months ago when it ran my CPU to 100% and effectively freezing my computer for 8-10 seconds a couple times per hour. The initial start-up at boot always did this as well, which doubled my boot time.

@wendy_only
I went through the whole list of bugs in my original post, but now using v4.0.21, and every single problem is still exactly the same (even with the long project list that I thought I had found a cure for).:-( -

@JDavidCarr
Hi,
I am so sorry to get this reply. We need work harder to make it better. I will pass this message to our developers. Could you please give a try to the V4.0.21? -

@Folke
Hi,
I am sorry that we have not fixed the bugs in this report. I will remind our developers to hurry up.
BTW; how many projects do you have now? -
01/15/2014 09:08#12PRO
@wendy_only - just a couple of dozen projects; should not be a problem.

@folke and @wendy_only
I have a Mac computer at home and a Windows computer at work. The Mac version runs well but the Windows version I find to have most of the bugs that Folke has articulated above. I am worried that by using the Windows version I will corrupt my data so I have suspended using it for the time being. I will only use the Web version at work. I find that to be more stable. -

My comment: There are still problems, but some of them do not appear in my case. BTW: I use Firefox and refer to v4.0.21:

@MihaStrcelj
Are you using the WINDOWS app with a BROWSER ??? Please explain.
The web app I am looking at right now is v4.0.4 build 20140115
The downloaded/installed Windows app I am using is v4.0.21
Anyway, I know that some of these problems do not affect everyone. -
01/15/2014 20:21#16PRO
Hi @Folke,
I mentioned Firefox because I had had problems when downloading some of the previous versions (e.g. v4.0.19). The last version, v4.0.21., downloaded smoothly. Otherwise I use Windows 7. Until some half an hour ago I was using web app v 4.0.3. then changed to the latest update (the same you mention above).
Just checked the functioning in combination with both (Windows-Web) newest versions: it works in a similar way as reported above. Even more, I have noticed that reordering of tasks in one app is synchronized in the other (I think this was not the case before).
One problem though: v4.0.21. crashed twice during the last testings. -

I think I have found out why clicking the big icon does not restart the app.
The cross in the upper right corner simply does not kill it, that's why. It is not dead, just sleeping. If you kill it properly (using the small icon or Task manager) it always restarts.
Why not change the function of the cross such that it actually kills the app, which is the normal function? If I want to minimize it, there is also a minimize button, and this works in the normal way, and it allows reopening of the app using the big icon.

Thanks for fixing the context indicator in 4.0.22 .-)
But all the other bugs in the original post above remain even in 4.0.22.
