To solve your Windows data syncing problem,please log out,close the log in window,open the app and log in to have a try.

@wendy_only Hello,on my home computer I logout of the application several times I closed the register and have access again, and the problem persists. will try to uninstall the application and install it again.
at work it worked well at first.
