Shortcuts in web apps is an arguable topic. You've obviously decided to override the browser shortcuts ("Ctrl + S" for "save task" overrides the default "save website"). Therefore "Ctrl + H" would be appropriate (for (H)elp). Or, since you use a lot of one-key shortcuts, just "H" or "S" (for (S)hortcuts)? Any of those would be fine. As long as no special characters are used, since they depend on the keyboard layout.
