I have the same problem
Searching for tasks is great. I never thought I'd ever use it before, but since I started to rely on DoIt.Im as my primary ToDo Manager, the need of this feature became a must.
A problem I've faced in the Windows version (I tried on Android and it's working), which is when you search for a keyword that has Capital letters in it, then the search result won't display them unless you Capitalize the keyword too.
Here's an example:
Task: get some candies for Wassim
Now if I go to the Windows version and search for "wassim" then I won't find anything, but when I search for "Wassim" (with capital "W") I will find the task.
I can attach a screenshot if you'd like showing the problem in case you can't figure out what I'm saying.
Can you please fix this as soon as possible?
Thanks a lot for the great work and keep it up.
Best regards,
Wassim

@wendy_only
Thanks I appreciate your help on this.
Also it will be nice if we can search tasks in all folders instead of only the tab we're sitting (Today, Tomorrow, etc...).
Most of the times I use search because I can't remember where exactly I placed that specific task. If I know where the task is, I would rather scroll down and try to find it immediately instead of searching. You get me?
Thanks again,
Wassim -

@wassim
Hi,
What do "all folders" you mean? -

Hi,
sorry I wasn't clear. I mean if it's possible to search all tabs ("Today", "Tomorrow", "Next", "Scheduled" and "Someday").
right now when we search while sitting on one of these tabs, the search results come on from that tab (ex: 'Next") we're currently on.
So we also need to be able to search everything, all tasks no matter where they are, without the need of choosing a specific tab from the left to search for the task.
Makes sense now?
Thanks,
Wassim -

@wassim
Hi,
You can click on search more button on the search result page if there are more results. -
