Here it is. I am unable to close the popup, and the rest of the window remains grayed out and inactive.

Did you try to click the button in the pop up window?

I tried this in both Internet Explorer and Chrome. I have clicked as well as I could everywhere on that popup and I am thoroughly unable to make it go away.

I would be happy if this could be resolved, since I am currently unable to use doit.

Just to have it said, if the best solution is to dump everything in my account, that is ok with me - I will be cleaning it up anyway.

Yes please. In fact, please just dump all the contents of my account, that way I can start afresh :)

This issue has not been resolved for a week now. I am very close to giving up on doit.im, which I am loath to do since it has previously proven to be a very good service. Please help me to use you again!
