The exact time is not critical. It is the idea:

Some things are quicker to just do than to create a task for it and put it in the right project with the right tags and context and notes and everything. If that is the case, just do it straight away. But if you feel it would disturb your processing too much if you did it now, then write a task for it and do it later sometime (a next action). As simple as that.
