Browser used is chrome 30.1, but this error also happens in IE9. Unknown what my company firewall is.

Our certificate is from Comodoca (http://www.comodo.com/about/comodo-agreements.php). You can find the certificate information by clicking on the icon before the website address. See the attachment.

Hello Wendy, What about the certificate for the installer package?
Please see the attached file? I cannot install this software on my computer unless the developer has a certificate.
