@PascalZ
Hi,
I am sorry that it will not be soon.
We are now busy with improving the existing functions and offering optimal performance. We will work harder.
Best regards,

Hi Wendy,
if it possible to give us an overview of the upcoming developments/improvements?
Would be great to see what is coming.
Thanks ,

I would be interested in knowing more about upcoming deveopment, too.
Pascal, as for areas, what you might want to try (and what I do) is use the existing hierarchy features - a Goal can contain many Projects:
- use the Goals feature both for "super-projects" (GTD 30k goals) and as "group of areas of responsibility" folders (GTD >20 k; e.g. Private, Non-Profit, Work; where you keep those Projects that do not belong to a real 30 k goal.)
- use the Projects feature for projects (GTD 10k) and for subprojects within a 30 k "goal project" and as "area of responsibility single actions" folders (GTD < 20k; e.g. Husband, Gardener, Father) for tasks that do not belong to a real project.
At least this solves most of the organizational aspects. Hope this is of some help to yoy. (But maybe you are primarily looking at areas as an on-duty/off-duty secrecy switch, and this solution will definitely not solve that.)
Here is some more on the above hierarchical solution:

Hi there !
Thanks for the question, Folke, I was wondering too about Areas, or Nested Projects, so it would be sooo easier to navigate in the left menu bar.
Too bad it's not for soon. That's one of the things that bothers me about Doit.im, and keep me looking here and there to see other apps.
