Note: Change " Wendy" to your own PC username

Cannot login to windows client
Hi.
I get a pro account that I use without problem with the Mac, iOS and Web versions. I just installed the Windows client on my office PC (running Windows 7). Whatever connection mechanism I use (ignore proxy, http proxy, browser settings), I get a "connection error" message.
On the same PC, the Web client works fine, both with IE and Firefox.
Do you have a hint for me?

After checking,we find that the address you input the proxy is invalid. Please check your proxy setting. -

Hi,
I am sorry for late response.
You can input the proxy address to the Settings page of IE browser. We will add the place inputting the proxy address to our app later.
