No. If I have a project named "house renovations," everything would be under the context "home," but the tags might be "living room," "dining room," etc. Similarly, If I have tasks associated to each of my clients, I'd like to be able to more easily tag them. Like many other DoIt users, I look at tags as sub-groups within a larger group.

While you can't drag and drop to tags on the Mac version, you can bulk-set tags by selecting more than one task, right-clicking, and selecting the tag. Maybe introducing this functionality to other platforms would get @vsgoliath what he needs?
