Hi,
Why do you want to do this? You can inactive a project if you do not plan to do now.
We have the plan to make it possible to convert a task to a subtask.

Because, according to David Allen, "If on reflection you realize that an optional project doesn't have a chance of getting your attention for the next months or more, move it to Someday/Maybe list". D. Allen (p. 169). It would be more convenient and proper to have Someday objects on Someday list - not in two different places. "Sharp edges" - that's the motto. Inactive projects are projects that are to be activated and done soon. Someday objects are things I don't know whether I will ever do.

I hate the fact that I can't convert a project to a task too. I had clicked onto the button "convert to a project" and now can't take it back
