Do you edit the repeated task with an circel icon on the task bar? Can you edit them before?

Not able to edit the repeat schedule of any Repeat Tasks even from the "Scheduled" section

I have created some repeat tasks I can see the tasks and the repeat frequency in the "Scheduled" section. But when I edit the task, I am not able to see the repeat section to change the repeat frequency.
