@oudalrich
Hi,
it's possible in the phone apps to add due dates with smart add as well as Mac version. We have the plan to support it on all versions.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,

While there is a help topic (http://help.doit.im/topics/3006) saying that it's possible in the phone apps using the format "due YYYY-MM-DD", the web app will just append the "due…" text to the task description.
Also, if smart add does offer this functionality, it should be documented in the same way as the other options, which is not currently the case.

Please also see this feature request for supporting named weekdays as valid input to the "start on" shortcut in smart add:
http://help.doit.im/topics/3549
It might be a good idea to work on both of these at the same time (as if one support named weekdays and not the other it will be a bit confusing) -

@ahedstrom
Hi,
It works on Mac ,iPhone and Android apps. Please have a try. When it is not Monday, the task will go to next Monday if you input start on Monday in Smart add.
Thank you. -

@wendy_only
This does not help me at all, as the web interface does _not_ support this. -

Hi, I'm sorry if it's not the right place to ask (I'm new here so maybe i'll need some guidance) but I can't seem to find an
option to input due date on mac version with the smart add. tried "due" keyword with all variations with ^ character and date formats.
the ^ char is only for start date (at least in my case...)
I'll appreciate your help here.
Thanks in advance -

@roykalony
Hi,
The ^ char is only for start date. Please try to add due date using "due + Date/Time",such as due on 5.20.
Shall you need any help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me back.
Thank you for your support!

Hi,
i was just wondering whether the due date for smart add has already been implemented in the web app -> at least it did not work out for me using the syntax above.
Would be a feature i'd really love to have.
Thanks very much
