You are pro now after checking. Do you mean that your account on iPad version is still free? Did you try to manual sync after upgrading?
Could you please make a screenshot of the settings page on the iPad version and send it to us by private comments? And if convenient to you,please send the Paypal payment document to us as well.

I have paid for a one month subscription twice on Paypal, but I can't get the ipad version to allow use of premium features. This is the second time I have had this problem.
