Every time that I open NEXT and filter by deadline, the tasks are grouped together by Next Week, This Month, and Next Month and Later, which is great. However, the tasks under each category e.g. next week or this month are not filtered by deadline date but appear to be in a random order. The same happens when I use the web version in internet explorer in windows 8.1 on my Samsung 700t. However, on my android phone the tasks are filtered properly by deadline date.
