Employees - Assign tasks and track the state

Hi,

it would be great if I could assign a task to to one or various employees.

I should be able to get an overview of what kind of task should have been done by the employees or how many days they still have left.

Further on, it would be great to get an insight into each employee (e.g. Which tasks was John supposed to finish when?)

Hi,

Now you can send tasks to your Doit.im contacts. You can check if the task has been completed and if you set deadline to the task,you also can how many days they still have left.

You need add contacts to Doit.im before you send tasks to them.

Hi,
I don't want to send them an eMail reminding them of the task. I just want to track what my people should have done. Is that possible as well?

Hi,

You send task to them not by emails. You just send them tasks,then they manage it in their Doit.im. But he can comment to this task telling you if he has completed.

A feature I asked for long ago was the ability to delegate to people in a delegate list regardless of whether they are Doit users.

This list could be edited similar to how tags are deleted in preferences.

Currently I use tags to achieve this, but a separate list of people (free text names) as delegates would be better.
