Hi,
Thank you for your feedback!
Q: 1 - Selecting a task goes straight to edit mode.
A: Now it goes to the task viewing page. Select the task and press E ,it will go the edit mode. BTW,we have the plan to improve the edit mode.
Q: 2 - After deleting a task, show a small dialogue box offering to undo (like gmail)
A: Do you mean that you often delete a task by mistake? You can put it back in Trash now.
Q: 3 - Sortable subtasks
A: It has been supported. See the pic here: http://faq.doit.im/web.html#94
Best regards,

Hi Wendy,
Re 1, Please can we go straight to edit mode?
Re 2, I know i can restore from trash, i think an unobtrusive dialogue box offering an undo option will be of great benefit to the user.
Re 3 - All other sort operations have a dotted 'handle' and the cursor changes to show you can drag. This does not happen when dragging subtasks and is not obvious to the user that this is possible. It should be consistent across the interface. -

Hi,
Q: Re 1, Please can we go straight to edit mode?
A: Double clicking will also go to edit mode. Do you think that the editing page and the viewing page should be on the same page or you just want to change a way to go the the edit mode?
Q: Re 2, I know i can restore from trash, i think an unobtrusive dialogue box offering an undo option will be of great benefit to the user.
A: It will also cause problem if everytime the window comes out and the user never need it. We will consider it seriously.
Q: Re 3 - All other sort operations have a dotted 'handle' and the cursor changes to show you can drag. This does not happen when dragging subtasks and is not obvious to the user that this is possible. It should be consistent across the interface.
A: We will improve it. Thank you for your feedback.

Re 1 - double clicking where? I double click on the task name and just go to view mode. If i need to double click somewhere else it is unclear UI and needs to be improved.
Re 2 - The small undo window in Gmail has never caused me problems. As long as it is programmed intelligently and is unobtrusive it can only help.
Thanks Wendy

Click on the task bar but not the task title text. Please have a try. -

Ok that works but it is a hidden feature that needs to be more clear to the user
