Not the today or the next list , but the plan view in the windows application. version number 4.0.37

In Daily plan,there are tasks in Today list and in Next list.

Do you mean that you can check it but the task do not disappear from the list or you can not even check the task?
Could you please make a screenshot of the task or the task list which you can not complete the tasks and send it to me by private comments?

Please tell me more information about your PC.
