Show explanation on hovering over the action icon

Due to the hardness to understand what the action icon do, I sometimes hesitate to click it.

I feel this when I use Trash bin.
'put back' and 'empty' are something confusing me.

Showing explanation when I hovering action icon will solve this problem.
Or, you can put some good tutorial video or suggestion to training me.
( Even now I cannot understand what is exact action for 'Add a task with multi attribute'.)
